Through our collaborative work, we will challenge these beliefs and work towards more satisfying relationships, increased self-esteem and more adaptive behaviors.
I create the safety needed within our relationship that will allow us to explore issues that underlie depression, anxiety, loneliness, lack of fulfillment, and other uncomfortable and undesired feelings. I utilize a strengths-based perspective identifying each person’s inherent ability to overcome what is preventing them from achieving peace.
